Whether I am reading in person or remote, I always start off the same way to create sacred space and to bless the reading we say a prayer silently to ourselves. I then ask them to concentrate on everything going on in their life, in particular the challenging areas. I begin with a spread that looks at all areas of their life. After that they can ask any question they have. I usually tell people to write down all their questions ahead of time so they do not forget.
It is a Japanese technique for dealing with anxiety and stress and so much more. Reiki (ray-key) is a combination of two words; Rei, which means “the wisdom of a Higher Power” and Ki, which is “life force energy” When we can relax we can work with our bodies on healing. Reiki heals by shifting blocked or negative energy into positive energy, so that healing can take place.

Your body can only take in a certain amount of info in one day. Do not overload yourself – there is no benefit in this.
Want to. What I mean by that is that intention is EVERYTHING. If you want to go deep and do the work you will and if you don’t you won’t. When I get energy work I show up ready to work. It makes a profound difference. I choose to take a very active role in my healing.
